Former Big Brother Naija housemate Groovy has spoken out about the recent tragic explosion in Ibadan.
On Tuesday night, an explosion occurred in Ibadan, Oyo State, which alarmed the people.
Although the cause of the explosions has yet to be identified, the government has confirmed the tragic occurrence and investigations have begun.
According to reports, the explosion caused property damage and shattered the glass windows of the UCH School of Nursing dorms.
Groovy claimed to have heard the explosion from his hotel room while filming a movie in Ibadan.
He implored to his Creator, claiming that the films and photographs he had seen of the explosion were scary. While checking on everyone, he wondered if they were all safe.
In his words: “I dey Ibadan dey shoot movie oh. Heard the explosion from my hotel room. God Abeg. The pictures & clips I’m seeing are scary. Hope everyone is safe.”
