• Peteru who is a household name in comedy circles due to his unique delivery in mimicking people, among other talent was said to have breathed his last on Wednesday, December 21, 2022

Peteru who was based in Ibadan is one of the fastest rising comedians who had made a name in the South- West of Nigeria, having worked with the foremost entertainers in the industry.

However, some of his colleagues in the Nigerian entertainment industry have taken to Instagram to mourn his painful demise.

“I am bereaved to read the news of your demise my brother, You are one of the entertainer that is trying his best to put Ibadan on global map.

Your role in comedy and entertainment industry is recognized but it’s sad to read you have went to rest with your maker.

I pray that Almighty God be with your family and grant them fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

Comedian, Mimic King Killed By Robbers in Ibadan After Been Robbed

Popular comedian, Mimic King was Killed By armed Robbers in Ibadan after Been Robbed today, December 3, 2022.

According to his senior colleague, Lafup who broke the sad news on social media, Mimic King was a promising young man whose life was cut short by the menace of bike robbery in Ibadan.

“Sad news to hear that a promising young comic got shot in ibadan after been robbed . The menace of fatal bike robberies in ibadan is now very alarming , i would hope the authorities will find an end to this. I pray his family the fortitude to bear such loss. Rip @mimic_king_official,” he captioned the photo of the late comedian.
