“I’d be virgin if I wasn’t singing” – Singer Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran, a well-known English singer, has opened out on how becoming a musician affects his sexual life.

The 33-year-old multiple Grammy-winning singer admitted that if he hadn’t been singing, he would have remained a virgin.

He revealed this in a recent video message posted to his Instagram account.

“If I wasn’t a musician, I’d be a virgin,” he said.

Sheeran’s first public romance was with Scottish singer Nina Nesbitt in 2012.

Sheeran wrote the songs ‘Nina’ and ‘Photograph’ about Nesbitt.

Sheeran began dating Athina Andrelos in 2014, however the relationship ended in February 2015.

She was the idea for his song ‘Thinking Out Loud’.

In July 2015, Sheeran began dating his childhood friend Cherry Seaborn.

They announced their engagement in January 2018 and married one year later.

Cherry is the idea for Sheeran’s song ‘Perfect’.

The couple welcomed their first daughter in 2020, and their second daughter on May 19, 2022.

In other news, Tonto Dikeh’s recent public disgrace with a car dealer has generated an internet trend, with politician and socialite Opeyemi Falegan commenting on the incident.

Falegan, who is also the ex-boyfriend of actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday, weighing in on the matter on his Instagram page.

Recall that a video shared by online critic Vincent Martins Otse aka VeryDarkMan showed Tonto Dikeh physically assaulting a car dealer in Abuja over an alleged N2 million debt. The incident has generated widespread attention, with many criticizing the actress’s behaviour.

Opeyemi Falegan’s reaction to the incident was scathing, as he mocked Tonto Dikeh for purchasing a car on hire purchase and then engaging in a physical fight with the dealer. He also addressed Tonto’s prior comments against her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, criticizing her for seeking to smear his name.

He wrote:

“Celebrity wey dey buy car for hire purchase lol Can’t just stop laughing. U dey fight ur helper lol. Na u go spoil man name, lol. Na u go know man wey bi 2 minutes, very rubbish person. Amugbo lol.”
