“I’d Never Stop Fighting Injustice And Bad Governance”- Mr Macaroni

  • Popular Nigerian actor and content creator Adebowale Adedayo, better known as Mr Macaroni, has reiterated his commitment to standing against oppression and bad governance in Nigeria.

    He emphasized that his activism did not begin after he gained fame but has always been an integral part of his beliefs. Mr Macaroni has been vocal about social issues, using his platform to advocate for justice, accountability, and better leadership.

    Despite his outspokenness, he urged the public not to judge other celebrities based on his approach. He noted that while he chooses to speak out against injustice, others may contribute to society in different ways.

    Mr Macaroni remains dedicated to using his voice and influence to challenge oppression and demand good governance, encouraging citizens to stand up for their rights while respecting individual choices in activism.

    On his X handle, Macaroni wrote, “I would never stop speaking up against the oppression of the people and against bad governance.

    That is what I have always stood against even before fame. But please do not hold other celebrities to the same standard, especially when the people themselves are not accountable.”

    In other news, After recently revealing a debt of N500 million, Nigerian comedian and content creator Mr. Macaroni has made it clear that he is not looking for donations.

    In an interview with Saturday Beats, he stated that he shared his financial difficulties not to ask for help, but to provide a lesson for others

    “I’m not accepting any help or donations. I shared the story mainly because I wanted people to learn from my mistakes,”he explained.

    Earlier, Mr. Macaroni surprised his fans by discussing his financial issues, which he attributed to a bad investment and a scam that occurred between 2021 and 2022.

    He also admitted that his own financial irresponsibility and being overly generous contributed to his situation.

    The comedian expressed that the weight of his debt left him feeling emotionally exhausted, especially after being betrayed by a close friend. Nevertheless, he found strength in his faith and the steadfast support of his family and friends.

    Following his announcement, many celebrities and activists reached out with words of encouragement.
