Nigerian singer Dammy Krane, whose real name is Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, has announced that he was arrested for allegedly defaming music star David Adeleke, known as Davido.

Gistlover reported that during Davido’s traditional wedding, Dammy accused him of murder and claimed he married Chioma because she caught him cheating.

Dammy Krane’s allegations prompted a swift reply from Davido’s lawyer, who instructed the singer to retract his offensive social media posts within 24 hours. He was also cautioned to stop any further defamatory remarks or he might face legal action.

During the lawsuit, Dammy Krane claimed he saw what Davido did to the late Tagbo.

He also urged people on social media to blame Davido if anything happens to him.

He stated that the music star had paid people to arrest him. He alleged that they wrote a petition accusing him of flutter wave and crypto scams to justify his arrest.

He pointed out that he was facing the same situation as Mohbad and urged for justice.
