“If APC wins, Edo people will suffer” — Primate Ayodele reveals

  • INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church Leader, Primate Elijah Ayodele warns Edo State residents to face hardship and regret if they vote for APC governorship candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo.
  • A Tik-Tok message warns voters against voting for the APC due to issues with Governor Godwin Obaseki, predicting a challenging economy and poor security.
  • Primate Ayodele, who favored the PDP, reportedly has no contact with the party’s candidate, Mr. Asue Ighodalo, who he considered the best candidate in the election.

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has warned that the people of Edo State will regret their choice if they vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo.

In a viral TikTok message, he cautioned voters not to let their issues with Governor Godwin Obaseki lead them to make a poor decision, as doing so could result in tough economic times and increased insecurity.

He emphasized that the right choice is to support the PDP, even though he admitted he doesn’t know their candidate, Mr. Asue Ighodalo, whom he believes is the best option in the election.

He said:

“The best person who will do Edo better is PDP (candidate Asue Ighodalo). Call it anything, but the point is, if PDP slips, they will rig you out. They will use BIVAS to rig you out.”

He urged the PDP to be careful when using the BIVAS, saying:

“If you allow BIVAS, they use to rig you out. And heaven will not fall. The other person will be there, and Edo people will suffer. Esan will be stagnant. Completely stagnant. So the best is what you should go for.

“If you don’t go for the best, you go for the worst, then you are going to suffer big time. Take it or you leave it. That is the message from the Lord.

“You say Obaseki is worse, the person that will come when APC enters, Edo will be hardest You will see the hardest economy, poorest security. You will live to regret.

“I don’t know, Asuerinme Ighodalo or whatever his name is, whatever his name is, I don’t know him, you can be anybody, I don’t know him, but that person will do more than Obaseki.”
