Friends and colleagues of the late rapper Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, widely known as Oladips, have claimed that he is alive.

Oladips had turned to Instagram stories hours before his death to plead for rescue. In the post, he mentioned one of his friends, @onlyonelifetime, and inquired about his whereabouts.

The rapper spoke about trying to call his pal multiple times and how they knew he didn’t appreciate being left alone in the house, especially with his condition.

His death was announced by his management on Tuesday, November 14, in a message uploaded on his Instagram account on Wednesday, November 15. They also disclosed that Oladips had been fighting internal demons for nearly two years.

Taking to his Instagram page, one of the rapper’s close friends identified as Sir Coolest revealed the rapper is alive.
