A month after their Lagos residence was destroyed by fire, the comedian has finally returned to Nigeria.

The entertainer shared images and video clips of himself and his lovely wife, Mabel Makun, during a friend’s birthday party.

Ayo Makun expressed his joy at being back after the sad situation.

A female fan asked in his comment section if his wife had undergone surgery.

Replying her, AY stated that his wife doesn’t have to. He wrote, “She doesn’t have to. If you know, you know”.

Despite his significant loss, he is confident that he will use his hardship as a starting stone to restore his life.

He believes that there is no such thing as starting over, and he is sure that God wouldn’t let him down.

“It feels weird to realize that the only clothes, shoes, and jewelry I have right now are the ones I traveled with.
There is no such thing as going back to square one. We shall rebuild our lives as a stepping stone to greatness. God, no go shame us”.
