Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo, has given his judgment on teammate, Bruno Fernandes.
The ex-Nigerian international believes the Portugal midfielder is going to lead United to win trophies and also succeed at Old Trafford, adding that he is a great player that has a vision.
Ighalo and Fernandes both joined Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side last January transfer window from Shanghai Shenhua and Sporting Lisbon.
The 30-year-old, who played alongside Fernandes during their time at Udinese in the Serie A in 2010, told BBC: “It is not my first time playing with Bruno Fernandes.
“We have played together in 2010 during our time at Udinese.
“Bruno is a great player that has a vision and he always needs the ball because he can do something fantastic with it if given the space.
“He is a good passer of the ball and has what United needs to score goals.
“You are still going to see more and better from him because he is still getting used to the English Premier League.
“Once he finally settled, Bruno Fernandes is going to do well at Man United.
“Before I joined United, I knew the club was to sign him, and I was hoping they would get him because he is a good player, and I knew he was going to change the dynamic the Red Devils.
“He is not going to have the best game every time, but what he is going to bring to the team is going to be unbelievable.”
Fernandes has scored three goals and registered four assists for Man United so far this season.
