“I’m Going Back To Diet, Working Out Didn’t Make Me Lose Weight”– Davido Reveals

Nigerian artist Davido is looking forward to losing some weight and has vowed to go back to his diet.

The artist has taken to his page to disclose that he is going back to eating more healthy foods in order to shed some weight.

According to him, he’s cutting off all junk foods that make him put on weight.

Davido statred that many people deceive other people that working work will make them lose weight.

He stated that working out cannot make a person lose weight but going on a diet. He added that he has been working out and ignoring his diet without losing weight.

Davido further added that he has seen the difference between working out and being on diet. He disclosed that ever since he started working out and ignoring his diet, he had realized he has not lost weight.

“I’m going back to diet after today! Cutting all rubbish out you go dey feel. Like, say you dey work out for nothing. I don’t care what anyone says, diet is even more important than working out. I’ve actually seen the difference now. I’ve been working out for 3 weeks now without my diet and lemme tell you, I didn’t lose no weight”, he wrote on his story.
