South African fashion influencer Kefilwe Mabote shared why she burned her designer clothes after committing her life to Jesus Christ.
She explained that her choice was based on strong beliefs, mentioning that the Bible calls such items accursed. She referred to Joshua 7:13 for support.
Kefilwe believes that giving away the items would mean she is letting go of something she no longer supports. She feels her conscience won’t let her give away things that have strong spiritual meaning.
She mentioned that her decision has revealed to her that the spiritual realm works on specific laws. Additionally, what someone accepts in their life can lead to influences they may not recognize.
On her Instagram stories, Kefilwe Mabote explained that designer clothes symbolized new chances for her. Burning them signified her reclaiming spiritual freedom. She clarified that she wasn’t trying to criticize anyone, but rather to promote self-reflection.
The media personality shared that achieving deliverance was not simple; it took a lot of sacrifice and three months of dedicated prayer and fasting.
