He urged Kellyrae not to listen to those who say he should share the money with his wife, Kassia, and instead, he should focus on investing in real estate.

In the recording, Kachi stated that Kellyrae should go to Lekki in Lagos state. He stressed that he should not stay on the outskirts but should go into the heart of the city to buy land.

Kachi also pointed out that he could sell the land later when its price goes up, allowing him to increase his capital within a year.

He analyzed the sharp decline of the dollar in the Nigerian market, stating that when Kellyrae was in Biggie’s house, the N60 million prize was equivalent to $44,000, but it has now dropped to $36,000.

He advised him against pursuing music since no Big Brother Naija star has succeeded in that field.

Kellyrae also mentioned in an interview that he plans to invest his prize money and spend some on his music career.
