Davido, the Afrobeat star, has spoken out for the first time in months regarding his disagreement with fellow artist Tiwa Savage.
Tiwa had previously reported Davido to the Commissioner of Police after he allegedly sent her threats related to a post she made after meeting with Sophia Momodu, who is Davido’s baby mama.
It was said that Davido was offended and cautioned Tiwa to “be careful in Lagos.” In a recent appearance on ‘The Breakfast Club,’ Davido referred to the rumored conflict as a small matter, likening it to a sibling squabble.
“Me and Tiwa used to stay in the same house. It was like brothers and sisters arguing. It was nothing,” Davido shared, dismissing any notion of serious conflict between the two.
Davido also revealed that they have not met since the incident but Tiwa Savage did reach out to him and if the link-up happens in future, it happens.
