Faithful Ebube Ejealor, a 15-year-old student, has revealed the key to his exceptional performance in the recently concluded 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

He serves as the head boy at Hallel College in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

Faithful, who comes from Umuohie-Ukwu Eziama in Ngor-Okpala local government area, Imo state, achieved an impressive score of 354, as reported by Vanguard.

His scores include 95 in mathematics, 95 in physics, 93 in chemistry, and 71 in English language.

Faithful, when discussing the key to his achievements, disclosed that his parents had acquired UTME past questions for him spanning from 1978 to 2023.

Following this, he diligently adhered to a rigorous study schedule, devoting hours to problem-solving, comprehending concepts, and enhancing his reading abilities.

Additionally, Faithful revealed that he observed a 15-day fast in January, earnestly praying for the favorable outcome of his impending results.

Notably, the student emphasized that even though he underwent a fast during his JAMB examination, he remained committed to studying diligently.

He said:

“My parents bought JAMB past questions from 1978 till 2023 for me, and I was able to use them to practice by solving the questions.

“I fasted for 15 days in January and prayed to God to give me success in my exams this year. And I took action by reading and studying for the exams. I studied really hard.”
