Politician Joe Igbokwe has given advice to David Adeleke, known as Davido, after the music star mentioned threats to cancel his December concert in Lagos.
Davido has faced a lot of criticism for telling Africans, especially Nigerians, to reconsider returning to Nigeria from America.
He openly discussed the poor condition of Nigeria’s economy and reasons why they should stay away.
A leader from the All Progressive Congress (APC) said that the idea of canceling Davido’s Lagos concert after his recent interview is a result of his actions.
He also urged Davido to acknowledge his mistake and apologize to the people of Nigeria.
“Actions Carry Consequences. Accept your mistakes and apologize to Nigerians,” the politician wrote.
