John Ogu Mourns Death of His Mother.

The Super Eagles midfielder, John Ogu, has announced the death of his mother as he described yesterday the worst day of his life.

The bereaved footballer took to twitter to announce the death of his mother, as he wrote;

 “Worse day of my life.”

Though he didn’t state what happened, his mother’s death was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on their verified Twitter handle on Monday January 25.

The NFF wrote;

 “Our thoughts and prayers are with @NGSuperEagles midfielder @ogujohnugo following the passing of his Mom. May her gentle soul rest In peace.”

Fans were also quick to offer their condolence to the Super Eagles star.
