Nollywood actor, Joseph Momodu, has released a statement refuting claims that he was the man in a raunchy video with controversial crossdresser, Bobrisky.
The video was circulated on social media as part of Bobrisky’s promotion for an aphrodisiac product and many people speculated that the man in the video was Joseph Momodu.
Taking to Instagram, Momodu stated that he was not the person in the video and the model used merely bears a resemblance to him.
He also expressed displeasure at the vile messages he has been receiving since the video was posted, with some people insulting and cursing him in his DM.
The actor firmly stated that he has no romantic involvement with Bobrisky and requested that people stop sending him messages regarding the video.
In his words:
“My attention is drawn to a disturbing video trending online, about an influencer & a model Advertising a product, while the model used by this influencer shares striking looks with me accidentally, LET IT BE KNOWN THAT IT IS NOT MEEEEE PLEASE, YOU PEOPLE SHOULD STOP INS*LTING ME ALREADY, since morning till now, SO MUCH C*RSES & INS*LTS ON ME FOR SOMEONE THATS NOT EVEN ME, his back side might look like me but please I REPEAT AGAIN THATS NOT enough reason to conclude it’s JOSEPH MOMODU, stop sending me dms ins*lting me that NA ME DEY CHOP SENIOR MAN, I BEG YOU GUYS PLEASE 😰😰😰😰📌📌📌📌”
