Mr. Overdo, a comedian and film editor, has revealed an alarming explanation of his turbulent experiences working with the controversial Nollywood pair Judy Austin and Yul Edochie.

In a compelling new Instagram video, he reveals the brutal reality he endured while working as Yul Edochie’s personal assistant and film editor, recounting a story that is both frightening and illuminating.

Mr. Overdo explained that he took the daring choice to quit his flourishing content creation job in Lagos to explore an opportunity in Abuja when Yul offered him one.

The comedian  spoke about their previous excellent working relationship, but what happened next was a nightmare he never expected. He claimed things appeared good at first, but it wasn’t long before Judy unleashed her rage on him.

He confessed that throughout their time together, Judy Austin had Yul under her control, pulling the strings and making him conform to her every desire.

The Content Creator emphasised that he had no personal complaints against Yul and described him as pleasant, but Judy’s behaviour was much different. Mr. Overdo described unsettling incidents in which he was belittled, humiliated, and even ridiculed.

Mr Overdo said he was starving on certain days and referred to Judy as a “pompous and arrogant lady” who exercised her authority with contempt.

Compounding his frustrations, he lamented that he was never compensated for the few film editing jobs he managed to complete during his time with them.

He shared alleged screenshots of WhatsApp messages sent to Yul, detailing Judy’s harsh treatment and pleading for assistance.

According to him, Yul’s advice to him was to move out of his home and seek independence to escape Judy’s oppressive behavior.

The young man recounted that he complied with Yul’s advice, moved out and returned to Lagos.

However, he said things took a drastic turn when the couple blocked his number and cut all ties with him online.

Left isolated and without support, he finds himself back at square one.
