Just in: Fire burns down parts of Canadian embassy building in Abuja

Parts of the building of the High Commission of Canada in Nigeria which is located at 13010G, Palm Close Diplomatic Drive Central Business District in Abuja.

The source of the fire, according to Vanguard, could not be determined at the time this article was filed, but pictures that were making the rounds online showed billows emerging from the structure.

Around 11:30 a.m. on Monday, the fire was said to have started, and employees and their cars were observed being evacuated from the premises.

It provides services to Canadians residing in Nigeria, as well as those traveling to and residing in Equatorial Guinea, Sao Tome and Principe, and Nigeria.

Yusuf filed an appeal against the tribunal’s decision because he was unhappy with it and asked the court to set it aside.
