Justin Bieber Dance To ‘Essence’ By Wizkid

Canadian Singer, Justin Bieber, seems to have a great love for Naija music. After featuring Nigerian Grammy award-winner, Burna Boy on his recently released album, ‘Justice,’ he has been seen dancing to Wizkid’s ‘Essence’ which features Tems.

‘Essence’ has become a household song after its release on 30th October 2020 as track eleven (11) on the ‘Made In Lagos’ album.

The album itself became the most streamed album by an African artiste on Spotify a few months ago. ‘Essence’ has raked in millions of streams after its released. It has 14 million views on YouTube. It clocked 5.5 million US Streams in the week ending July 8th and debuted No. 63 on the YouTube UK Weekly Top Songs.

Many people have argued that Tems’ verse on the song made it more popular as she gave a smooth delivery on it. This is also because most people can sing along easily when it gets to her verse in the song. However, her feature on the song has enabled her to debut the No. 1 spot on Pandora’s Predictions Chart on Billboard Next Big Sound Cha
