Nigerian comedian and actor, Akinyoola Ayoola, popularly known as Kamo State, became a talking point online after revealing the impressive amount of money he walked away with from the JP2025 wedding celebration.

The glamorous event, which took place on April 17, 2025, celebrated the traditional union of Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux in Lagos. Guests arrived dressed to impress — and some left with more than just fond memories.

Kamo State took to Instagram to share a funny video where he emptied bundles of naira notes from his clothes. His wife, who was filming, appeared stunned as he kept pulling out the neatly folded bills, including N1000 notes.

Reacting with humor, the skit maker clarified, “I didn’t steal it, the money was sticking to me during the party.”

He added that his stash was just a fraction of what was sprayed at the event, hinting at the extravagant nature of the celebration organized by Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla’s mother.

Iyabo Ojo herself joined in on the fun, commenting under Kamo’s post with laughter emojis and jokingly asking someone to share his home address.

“Please, someone should send me his home address 😂😂😂,” she wrote.

The lighthearted moment has since gone viral, drawing laughs across social media and showcasing the lively atmosphere of the JP2025 wedding.
