Kids narrowly escape being bitten by a snake inside a swimming pool in Yola [VIDEO]

A video capturing the moments some kids narrowly escaped from being bitten by a poisonous snake that was spotted in a swimming pool has been making rounds online.

In the video, some of the workers at the resort who chanced upon the deadly animal were seen using any means necessary to kill the serpent in the pool while the kids escape for their lives.

A woman who is believed to be the mother of one of these kids was heard in the background of the video, saying the kids were swimming and never noticed that the poisonous animal was heading in their direction.

The snake was killed with the help of some workers at the resort before the kids were allowed to go back into the pool.

Meanwhile A Twitter user has recounted how a client of his bought a duplex costing 125 million naira for his Benin girlfriend.

According to the Twitter user Identified with the handle @justkingss, he was surprised to find out that the property he was about to purchase wasn’t even for his wife but for his 19-year-old girlfriend who hails from Benin.

The man had purchased the duplex as a birthday gift to his Benin girlfriend.

Part of his post read:

“I once helped a client secured a N125m Duplex in Lekki.

The funny part was that he actually bought it not for himself nor his wife but for his 19yr old Benin (Edo State) girlfriend.
