A dissatisfied customer has publicly criticized a hair vendor after receiving a bone straight frontal Brazilian wig that did not meet her expectations. She had purchased the wig for ₦285,000 but was disappointed with its quality.
In a viral TikTok video, she expressed her frustration, stating that the product she received was entirely different from what was advertised.
“This is why I avoid buying from small businesses,” she lamented at the start of the video. “This wig was supposed to be a 10-inch bone straight frontal.”
As she examined the wig, she pointed out several issues, including a poorly arranged lace frontal that appeared to be unevenly installed.
Her complaint has since stirred reactions online, with many people taking to the comment section to share their opinions on the matter.
