A Nigerian lady cried online after accidentally adding ₦300,000 to her BRT Cowry app and asked for help to get the money back.
In a viral TikTok video, she explained how the mistake occurred and mentioned that she tried to contact BRT Cowry’s customer support.
She reached out to one of their agents using the official social media page but still hasn’t heard back.
As her story went viral, a lot of concerned people filled the comments with their opinions and suggestions.
