A Nigerian lady has sparked outrage online by sharing a painful remark made about her daughter by an officer at Rumuokoro Police Station, which made her mother cry.
She posted about it on X (formerly Twitter), describing how her visit to the police station left her feeling emotionally devastated after the officer’s statement.
She wrote: “It was in the morning at Rumuokoro Police Station.”
The woman shared the officer’s upsetting comments that shattered her and made her mother weep.
She wrote: “A police office told my mother today the if the father wants to rape my daughter he can and if he wants to impregnate his daughter that he can and my mum left in tears! God I am broken.”
