An Asoebi girl shared a touching story about the embarrassment she experienced at a wedding. She revealed that a friend of the groom hit her and forced her to take off her outfit, even though the bride had invited her personally.

In a detailed TikTok video, the Nigerian woman told her whole story.

She mentioned that she was hesitant to go to her friend’s wedding at first, but the bride convinced her to attend by offering a free Asoebi outfit.

Even though the bride had many other friends, she chose to invite her, likely due to their strong bond.

In her Asoebi dress, she arrived at the venue and snapped photos with the bride and other guests. When it was time to go to the church service, she and a few other Asoebi girls, including the bride’s sister, discovered there was no transport arranged for them.

They found a tricycle by themselves to reach the church and shared their story with the bride’s mother, who expressed her regret for the oversight.

The bride, however, seemed frustrated that they were late, unaware of the challenges they faced in getting to the church without any transportation.

After the church service, they went back to their hotel, taking a tricycle because there was no other way to get there.

When they arrived, one of the groom’s friends confronted her and insisted she give back the Asoebi dress right away. When she took off the dress and threw it to him, he attacked her.

Sadly, the bride did not apologize or try to help, which left the Asoebi girl feeling very hurt. In her video, she cried as she shared how much the whole thing impacted her.
