The lady started behaving strangely, sitting on the ground and moving her head in an abnormal manner, catching the attention of people passing by.
In the video shared on social media, the lady, dressed in black, was sitting on the grass, speaking incoherently while swinging her head back and forth.
A group of spectators gathered to observe the unusual scene.
