Lady who reportedly invested N210,000 in Davido’s coin laments as she loses over N180,000 within 24 hours

A Nigerian woman named Itohan shared her story on social media about losing over N180k within a day after buying the Davido Coin meme.

The investor initially put in $157.68 (N210,000) in the Davido Coin meme, hoping to profit from the strong marketing.

Unfortunately, the coin’s value plummeted shortly after her purchase.

Upon checking again, the value had dropped to $20.51 (N27,000).

She expressed her disappointment by saying, “How it started and how it’s going.”

In the comments, she clarified her reasons for investing.

“I missed out on the first space. Came online, the PR was good and I thought he had created magic, so I bought the top. 30BG suppose fit run 30M nau. I waited until the midnight space, it was then I knew the mistake I made. The moment he spoke on that space, everyone started selling,” the lady said.
