The man identified as Emeka Anthony Uche sneaks into offices while using his condition to cover up.
He specialized in sneaking into peoples’ offices to steal laptops, mobile phones and other valuables. He was arrested, yesterday, shortly after one of his escapades.
CCTV footages of his operations have been compiled ahead of his arraignment in court.
