Josephina Otabor, well known as Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija’s ‘Level Up’ season, has challenged today’s women to learn how to cook.
She gave the advice in a tweet on her official Twitter page on Wednesday, stressing that cooking is an important household task that each young girl should be able to undertake.
Phyna stirred a controversy on the microblogging site with her remark, which many people agreed with but others saw as unneeded counsel.
The 26-year-old reality TV actress wrote: “This life as a woman just try sabi cook 😩😩😩😩😩 E get why🗣️”
A user @Denatureboii commented; As a woman if you don’t know how to cook you can still learn to cook don’t let that define you
Phyna responded; “Okay…. Then you must first meet a man that is patient with his food and stomach 😀”
Another user @TheGreatOla001 said; If you no sabi cook, no call yourself a woman.
@EATINGWITHNAZO; 🗣️ Cooking is a survival skill.
@sandycares; Shey u no sabi cook make I con teach u 🌚🌚
