“Leave us alone” – Danielle Edochie blows hot following the tragic de@th of FUNAAB student

  • Danielle Edochie the daughter of Yul and May Edochie  has reacted strongly to the murder of Idowu Christianah, a student at FUNAAB.
  • The shocking murder of Christianah by her so-called friend, Ayomide Adeleye, has left the nation in disbelief.

Danielle Edochie, the daughter of Yul and May Edochie, has responded strongly, taking aim at those who blame women after the tragic murder of Idowu Christianah, a student at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB). She is not holding back in her criticism of anti-female voices.

The shocking murder of Christianah by her so-called friend, Ayomide Adeleye, has left the nation in disbelief. Adeleye who as now been unmasked as not just a ruthless killer but potentially a serial murderer.

The 200-level student at Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has been named the key suspect after being on the run for several weeks due to Christianah’s unexplained disappearance. His arrest has led to widespread outrage and sorrow, especially across social media platforms.

As the incident remains a hot topic in the news, social media, notably X (formerly Twitter), has turned into a fierce conflict zone. Users are engaged in a bitter gender debate, with men and women accusing each other of responsibility for the tragedy.

In the midst of the chaos, a male user named Morris Baker jumped in with a controversial remark. He defended men by complaining that women see every man as a bad guy until they prove otherwise. His comment, filled with victim-blaming, only made the situation worse.

Morris Baker wrote;

“If by now You still don’t understand why women see every man as a villain until proven otherwise, then you’re either willfully ignorant or You’re just a dunce”

Baker’s wrong defense pushed Danielle Edochie over the edge. She refused to ignore it. Furious, she went to her Instagram story, shared the tweet, and called out Baker harshly. She was clear, telling him to stop pretending he doesn’t understand the real problem.

In a strong critique, she highlighted the double standards of men like Baker. They profess to protect the women they love but often make rude and dismissive comments about women in general.

Then came her strong message. In bold, capital letters, Danielle demanded that Baker and others like him should stay out of women’s affairs. “LEAVE WOMEN ALONE,” she stated.

Danielle Edochie said ;

“stop pretending like you don’t know what’s going on..you know who you fear when you enter a bus..you,know who you fear when you’re going honme at night..you know who you fear when you don’t want to be robbed..you know who you protect yourself & female relatives from.

you know who you ‘overprotect’ your sisters, cousins & siblings from.you know who you fear when you enter an uber..you know who you protect your children from..you know who you fear when you go to bed at night. LEAVE WOMEN ALONE.,

“stop choosing to act blind..stop the pretense & LEAVE WOMEN ALONE!”
