The court has requested the activist to remove all defamatory posts about the human rights activist and his son, Falz.
Social media commentator Destiny Ezeyim, popularly known as Radiogad, has expressed his views regarding the widely discussed case involving Martins Vincent Otse, VDM, and human rights attorney Femi Falana (SAN).
It is worth noting that GistLover previously reported that Bobrisky’s voice was recorded discussing his payment of N15 million to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in an effort to resolve allegations of money laundering, among other issues.
Additionally, it has been reported that the court instructed the activist to remove all defamatory content related to the human rights lawyer and his son, Falz.
In a recent update, a video shared online by Radiogad, which was also noted by Legit.ng, featured him posing several inquiries to Femi Falana. Radiogad questioned why Falana chose to confront Bobrisky rather than VDM.
The media figure further inquired about the actions of the social media activist that would justify such treatment, emphasizing that Falana should advocate for the oppressed rather than the opposite.
