Indigenous rapper, Lil Kesh, had a word to share with people going through the mental health disorder.
The rapper in a post shared on his official Twitter page encouraged those who are fighting the disorder to open up to people around them.
Lil Kesh went on to note that activities such as meditation, healthy eating, exercising, sleeping and prayer can go a long way in helping them feel better.
If you’re depressed talk to someone, meditate if you can, eat healthy , exercise often, get enough sleep, pray and ignore those negative voices in your head…..that was how I fought for my happiness. Fight!
