Miss Helen, who is said to be the baby mama of Nigerian barman Cubana Chief Priest, has made serious allegations against activist Lucky Udu and Burna Boy’s alleged personal assistant, Abu Salami, regarding the mishandling of funds reportedly sent by the Grammy-winning artist.
In a public statement, Helen accused Burna Boy of sending ₦30 million through Lucky Udu and Abu Salami to support her and her child. However, she claimed that she did not receive any of the money, except for $350 sent by Salami for her visa and a ticket to Nigeria. She further accused Salami of making inappropriate sexual advances towards her.
In her words:
“I want to clear the air. Lucky and Abu Salami forced me to say Burna Boy helped me, yet Burna Boy gave them ₦30 million. Lucky Udu told me when I reach Nigeria, I should stay in his house because he likes me. He also said he wanted money from me after all of this is done, claiming my baby daddy’s brother gave him ₦2 million. He even sent me a screenshot of the $30,000 Burna Boy gave him. Nigerians, I need your help—I have not received any money given to Lucky Udu and Abu Salami.”
Helen further alleged that Lucky Udu made advances toward her, suggesting she stay at his house upon her arrival in Nigeria. She also accused him of pressuring her to publicly credit Burna Boy for assistance she never received.
