In a social media post, popular Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, issued stern advice to artists making waves at the moment.

Taking to the insta-stories section of his verified Instagram page, Paul Okoye of PSquare advises artists currently trending in the music industry to invest in order to avoid future stories that touch.

This reaction from Paul Okoye follows an increase in the number of ailing actors going online to beg for financial help.

Netizens have recently raised funds for Mr Ibu, whose leg was amputated and who is currently receiving medical attention at a hospital.

Also, 61-year-old actor Amaechi Monagor battles kidney disease, diabetes, and stroke and by extension has been soliciting help from the people.

To avoid being depressed later in the industry, Paul Okoye tells artistes reigning at the moment that include, Asake, Sallipopi, Zlatan Ibile, Blaqbonez, and others to try and invest.

He wrote; “Seriously a lot is going on in the industry including depression and all 000 But abeg if e reach your turn to shine ehh!!..abeg try to the invest… e no easy atall. AVOID STORY THAT TOUCHES Me sef don Taya to the hear stories E come be like na loose guard industry.”
