The first footage of legendary Nollywood actor John Okafor, professionally known as Mr Ibu, following the amputation of his leg has appeared online.
Mr Ibu’s adoptive daughter Jasmine posted the footage on the photo and video-sharing app Instagram on Thursday, November 16th 2023.
On November 6th, 2023, 62-year-old Mr Ibu became one of the trending topics online after it was revealed that one of his legs had been severed following seven surgeries.
Jasmine, on the other hand, captioned the video, “As long as you’re getting better, nothing else matters.” I will remain silent till you are back on your feet! Cheers.”
Mr. Ibu’s health issues were brought to light in October when a video on his official page appeared in which the actor begged for help.
