Joseph Umera, a man from Nigeria, is asking his 15-year-old cousin, Favour Lawrence, to come back home. He said she left their home in Oron, Akwa Ibom State, in January 2024 after a small argument with her dad.
In a Facebook post on August 6, 2024, he shared that Favour’s father has died and was laid to rest in Imo State. He is requesting anyone who knows where she is to get in touch with him.
“Public Notice. This is my maternal cousin, Favour Lawrence(@favvie Akabs). She ran away from home, at oron, AKS, on the 19th of January this year, after a little disagreement with her father. Since then, she hasn’t been seen or heard from. She left her phone at home,” he wrote.
“She is 15 years old and was in SS2 at the time. Anybody that has any information about her whereabout should give me a DM.
“Favour should you come across this post, know that your father is dead and was buried in your home town at Imo State. Your brothers are living With my mum, Aunty Glory (Mummy Calabar) in Calabar.
“We have been searching for you since the day we were informed about your disappearance. Please, come back home, we love you, “splemido”. If you come across this, give me a DM or call me: 08064451906. Guys, please help me in reposting this.”
