A man has declared himself the “happiest man on the planet” as he recounts the story of his proposal to his beloved after merely 46 days of their initial conversations.

Twitter user Ngoni Mujuru disclosed that he became engaged to the woman of his dreams over the past weekend.

He further elaborated that their whirlwind romance began on July 1st, and just 46 days later, he astonished her with a proposal, to which she responded affirmatively, thus making him the happiest man alive.

His words: “Soooo, I got engaged to the girl of my dreams this past weekend! Its been a whirlwind romance in the best of ways, started talking on the 1st of July…then 46 days later, managed to pull off a surprise proposal for her at @Singita_’s Pamushana Lodge 💍. She said YES and now I am literally the happiest man on this planet 🕺 🕺 🕺 .

“She’s been meeting my friends and family and they all love her! It being me, from the time I met her, I’ve been jokingly telling her that one day, I’d have to introduce her to Michelle….@MichelleObama 🙈. She never believed it, but after the proposal, I think about 1% of her believes it could actually happen 😬.
