Yahaya Bello, the former governor of Kogi State, has revealed the meaning behind his nickname, White Lion. He was declared wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for a N80.2 billion fraud.
Yahaya Bello raised eyebrows in a recent video that went viral online when he demonstrated his incredible boxing abilities.
After the former Kogi State Governor’s boxing skills were shown on video, several people said that the EFCC agents are afraid to take him into custody.
The notice read, “The public is hereby notified that Yahaya Adoza Bello (former Governor of Kogi State), whose photograph appears above is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in connection with alleged case of Money Laundering to the tune of N80,246,470,089.88
“Bello, a 48-year-old Ebira man, is a native of Okenne Local Government of Kogi State.
“His last known address is: 9, Benghazi Street, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja.”
While EFCC operatives are still searching for Yahaya Bello, a video showcasing his strength has gone viral online featuring the former governor of Kogi State.
Yahaya Bello demonstrated his strength as a boxer in the video by throwing some massive blows.
Blogger Tunde Ednut posted the video of himself taking jabs and penned, “Maybe na why EFCC dey fear to carry am be this. Na strong man.”
