A Nigerian man living abroad has reportedly been hospitalized after discovering a shocking truth through DNA tests on his three children.
According to Chioma Onwuesi, a friend who shared the heartbreaking story on Facebook, the man learned that none of the children he had been raising for years were biologically his. The emotional impact of this revelation has severely affected his health, leading to his hospitalization as he struggles to cope with the distress.
Chioma expressed her frustration over the situation and advocated for mandatory DNA testing at hospitals to prevent similar tragedies. She believes such measures could help avoid the emotional and physical toll caused by paternity fraud.
In her post, Chioma wrote, “DNA should be compulsory in every hospital. A friend of mine is battling with his life at the hospital after finding out that all his 3 kids are not for him after so many years in abroad.”
The post has sparked conversations online about trust, paternity, and the emotional toll of such revelations, with many supporting the call for mandatory DNA testing at birth.
