A man has reportedly refused to pay his wife’s hospital discharge fees after uncovering her infidelity during pregnancy.
According to a post shared anonymously on X (formerly Twitter), the man recently discovered that his wife had cheated on him multiple times while she was pregnant, with evidence to back his claims. Now that she has delivered the baby, the hospital has requested a payment of ₦500,000 before she can be discharged.
However, the man is demanding a DNA test to verify the paternity of the child before agreeing to settle the bill.
The viral post stated:
“My guy just found out his pregnant girlfriend was cheating, and he has solid evidence. The hospital is asking for ₦500,000 for her discharge after childbirth. He insists on a DNA test first to confirm if the child is his before paying.”
The situation has sparked widespread reactions online, with many social media users flooding the comments section to voice their opinions.
