Chisom Faith, a Nigerian music producer and performer also known as Rexxie, has been detained in Uganda.
The Marlian Music signee expressed concern over his incarceration in a post on his official Instagram page on Monday morning.
Rexxie reported that he was being held by Ugandan Immigration, but he did not specify the basis for his detention, which he termed as “unfair.”
The producer requested assistance and asked followers to demand his freedom using the hashtag “UgandaFreeRexxie.”
