Marriage Is Not An Endurance Union – Uche Maduagwu Advises Women

Controversial Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has counseled women who have suffered greatly in their marriages to end it because it is not an endurance union.

The actor said on Friday that many women go through a lot in marriages because it is thought that they must endure no matter the pain it causes them.

He also questioned why only women were required to endure in religious institutions and not men.

He considers it to be one of the most important problems in African culture that needs to be addressed.

He cited his mother as an example of a woman who struggled greatly in her marriage due to the difficulties she faced.

Maduagwu said:

Dear Ladies, #MARRIAGE is not an ENDURANCE union, but an #ENJOYMENT one, don’t settle for LESS. There is something wrong with some of our #African culture, for example, TOLERANCE in Marriage is often preached more to women than men, why? Both in #Churches and Mosques, they tell women to always ENDURE inside Marriages, to me, this is our biggest problem, women are not object for Endurance #Decoration in Marriages, if you are not Enjoying that Marriage, dear Ladies, kindly walk out, don’t Endure another Man’s IRRESPONSIBILITY. My #Mum went through a lot in her Marriage because of Endurance, if it not working, it not working, move out. Happy Easter.

This is spiritual- Uche Maduagwu reacts to the painful loss of Yul and May Edochie’s 16-year-old son

Edochie and his wife, May, was attributed to a spiritual cause, according to actor Uche Maduagwu.

Uche contended that the incident is spiritual in a video that was posted online. He claimed to have been crying ever since the tragic news broke.

That is unfair. Pikin when nothing happens, pikin when people are fit, pikin when nobody is ill, pikin when nobody has a regular headache, pikin when nothing happensthe unexpected…He said as he sobbed, “This is spiritual.”

Since Yul chose actress Judy Moghalu as his second wife, Uche, who has been sympathetic to May, urged Nigerians to pray for May.
