Master Shalom Adesina, the most outstanding student in the 2023 May/June West African Examination Council (WAEC), has been awarded N1 million by Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq.
The presentation took place on Wednesday, August 7, in the Ministry of Education’s conference hall in Ilorin.
Shalom Adesina, a student at Rehoboth College in Pipeline, achieved distinctions in all of his WAEC subjects, earning him the coveted prize.
According to Governor AbdulRazaq, the goal of this project is to promote and motivate exceptional students.
Governor AbdulRazaq commended Adesina’s outstanding accomplishment and stated that the 1 million Naira gift is intended to advance his academic path.
