China has been a trending topic on Nigerian social media, following the visit of popular influencer Martins Otse, also known as Verydarkman (VDM), to the country.
VDM recently shared a viral video in which he praised China’s technological advancements and strong economy, urging Nigeria to adopt a similar development model. His message, directed at President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi, has sparked widespread discussions online.
Beyond VDM, another Nigerian celebrity currently enjoying her stay in China is May Edochie, an actress and the estranged wife of Yul Edochie.
On February 25, May took to social media to share a glimpse of her vacation, posting a video from a luxury hotel gym in China. As her trip continues, she recently shared another breathtaking view from her hotel in Guangzhou, further fueling conversations among her followers.
Captioning the photos, May Edochie wrote,
“A beautiful morning to you! 14 shades of beauri. How are you doing today? A few words to ponder on; The same boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It’s what you’re made of and not the circumstances.” – Unknown”
