Many people have joined Yul Edochie and his wife, May Edochie, in their grief as they lay their son to rest thanks to Nollywood actor Benson Okonkwo.
According to information gathered, the couple reportedly laid their first son, Kambilichukwu, to rest today, April 24, 2023.
Benson Okonkwo shared a photo of his mother and son and wished May Yul Edochie strength as well as for the deceased to rest in peace.
“May the soul of Kambilichukwu Rest in peace. Be strong, The Edochies @mayyuledochie it’s well.”
Well wishers and supporters are in tears following this revelation. They joined Benson Okonkwo to mourn with May using heartbroken and teary emojis.
Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie and his wife, May, are bereaved as they lost their first son, Kambilichukwu Leo Yul-Edochie, on Wednesday, March 29.
According to reports, Kambilichukwu had read throughout the night on Tuesday in preparation for his exams on Wednesday.
After his examination on Wednesday, he joined his friends to play football. While playing, he slumped and developed a seizure. He was immediately rushed to the mother and Child hospital where he was confirmed dead.
Kambilichukwu turned 16 in January 2023 and his parents took to social media to celebrate him.
