The internet is ragging with reactions to the pictures of President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife, Aisha Buhari that emerged online.
The photo that captured the president’s wife as a pregnant woman makes Nigerians talk and question if she is a surrogate.
The viral picture was captured on Aisha Buhari’s arrival from Turkey alongside President Muhammadu Buhari.
The photo got many on social media asking questions about the president’s ability to impregnate his wife. Some claimed Aisha Buhari is expecting a new Nigeria, while others claim it is caused by cancer.
Amidst all these, Aisha Buhari’s media aide debunked the rumours, stating the president’s wife is neither pregnant nor sick.
However, in a chat with BBC Pidgin, Haruna denied the claims about the first lady being pregnant or sick.
“I can assure you 100 percent that our first lady is perfectly okay. She is neither sick nor pregnant as some reports claim.
Some of these reports are from mischief makers who don’t mean well. You know, nowadays, people can tamper with photos.“ He said.
This stirred a whole lot of reactions from concerned Nigerians
