Media Industry Mourns As Popular Nigerian Radio Presenter Dies

Nigeria media industry has been thrown into a state of mourning following the passing of popular radio presenter Emmanuella Pobeni Adepoju, alias Iya Jogbo.

She was announced dead on Saturday by employers, TVC Communications. The company owns there popular stations in the country, TVC, TVC News, and Max FM Lagos.

Jogbo died on Friday after failing to recover from bronchitis and an enlarged heart. The on-air personality was one Max FM’s late afternoon show, ‘Wetin Dey’.
