In the video, Mercy, who was on set for a movie, was shocked when two women showed up bearing a cake and other gifts, all the while a saxophonist played in the background.
A woman sprayed her while bringing a bundle of cash out of her pocket.
As crew members joined in the celebration, the teen actress immediately started crying.
