A viral video showing Olamide, an award-winning music singer, bending to welcome his junior colleague, Omah Lay, has created a sensation among music enthusiasts.
In the viral video, the two musicians, who had previously worked together on a song, met, and to everyone’s amazement, Olamide demonstrated humility by kneeling before Omah Lay, despite his established social rank and power.
Olamide, 35, bowed to welcome Omah Lay, 26, who returned the gesture.
While some saw this as mutual respect for one another despite of individual professional accomplishments, others ascribed it to Olamide’s mentality of treating everyone with dignity.
